Wicklow Way Camping Online Booking

Wicklow Way Campsite sits overlooking the Lough Dan glacial valley at Oldbridge on the Wicklow Way. It’s the traditional stop on Ireland’s oldest and most famous long distance trail. Up until now this natural resting place had nowhere for a hiker to camp. Now this has changed with Wicklow Way Campsite.

Booking Information

We require a full payment at the time of booking.

For your convenience it is advisable to bring 1€ and 2€ coins to operate the showers, vending machines etc

Tent Pitches

We offer 10 pitches that can accept any size of tent.

*Please bring your own tent. Tents are not provided onsite.

Beautiful Location

Additional self guided looped trails (commencing and ending at the site) and Forest walks make the camp site a great place to explore and enjoy the beauty of the Garden of Ireland. Alternatively, you can sit back and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this small and family friendly camp site. If you are walking on the Wicklow Way, our camp site requires no detour, simply walk up to our gate.

Family Campsite

With designated and private pitches for each tent, the opportunity to wake up to the bird song and pure Mountain air, in the heart of the Wicklow Mountains is not to be missed. We are a family friendly campsite and have a quiet curfew from 11pm in the evening. At night, relax around our fire pit, toasting marshmallows and enjoy the spectacular night skies.

Activities

We are located close to many different Adventure Centres, Walking Trails, and activities such as Mountain Biking, Horse Riding, Fishing and Swimming. We are happy to advise you on opening times, and the location of the activities when you arrive. We are in the perfect location to base yourself for a weekend of fun-filled adventure.
